STEP FURTHER

Step Further is an inclusive employability programme to guide all students towards their chosen career.  It gives students the opportunity to engage with industry professionals who can give them the confidence to set their own personal career goals.

The newly formed AS Foundation enters this space to make a meaningful difference to all aspiring solicitors (whether members of Aspiring Solicitors, or not) requiring additional financial assistance to enter the legal profession.

Aspiring Solicitors was established in Autumn 2013 by Chris White, then an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, in order to widen the pool of talent able to secure training contracts.  The primary aim of Aspiring Solicitors is to increase diversity in the legal profession.
